Grand Ballroom
Conveniently located on the Lobby Level, this extensive Santa Clara wedding site can accommodate even the largest of guest lists.  Utilize the entire room for a grand banquet with seating for over 1,300, complete with dance floor and room for entertainment.  For smaller gatherings, this space configures into as many as eight separate salons, allowing you to customize the ballroom as needed for both ceremony and reception.  The adjoining Ballroom Corridor serves as the perfect spot for pre-dinner cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Santa Clara Ballroom
For a grand event on a smaller scale, select the elegant Santa Clara Ballroom.  This ballroom can accommodate 250 guests for dinner or 400 guests for your wedding ceremony.  The Santa Clara Ballroom is a blank canvas for your wedding day, allowing any combination of colors and themes.
 
 
Magnolia
Conveniently located adjacent to the front entrance of the hotel, this room radiates simple elegance with its silver textured accent wall and bold impartial tones to complement any color scheme.  This ballroom  allows you and your guests an intimate and private event.  Gather up to 180 guests for a formal dinner event or invite your guests to witness your vows in a ceremony setting of up to 250 guests.  
 
Cypress
For an intimate wedding, the charming newly renovated asymmetric Cypress Ballroom will absolutely wow your guests.  Just a little over 2,500 square feet, the Cypress Ballroom will allow 170 of your most esteemed guests to observe you profess your love to one another.   Cypress is the ideal space for a smaller crowd of up to 80 dinner guests.  The space is easy to access atop the escalators.  The room offers contemporary neutral hues with a pristine white textured accent wall sure to make the two most important people in the room shine under the perfect ambiance set for your romantic affair.
 
Terra Courtyard
This beautiful outdoor venue is the perfect setting for California casual events, or can be "dressed-up" for more formal functions.  The courtyard is an open space adjacent to the pooldeck.  It is set with greenery and a soothing waterfall.  This is the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies of up to 200 guests.  In good weather, the courtyard is the perfect option for cocktails and can accommodate up to 700 guests.

Ceremony Information
In order to better orchestrate your wedding and to allow you the opportune time for your wedding ceremony, the Hyatt Anywhere has the following start times: 11:00am, 2:00pm, 5:00pm, and 7:00pm If you have selected the Amphitheatre for your ceremony, rehearsals on Friday through the month of June through October must be held prior to 3:00pm.

Service Charge and Tax
All food and beverage is subject to 24% taxable service charge and 8.75% sales tax

Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (25%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.
Linens
The following complimentary table linen and napkin colors are available: ivory, white and black floorlength. Ivory or burgundy brocade overlays, specialty fabrics, linens and chair covers can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Anywhere. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Children and Vendor Meals
A variety of options are available through your Catering Sales Manager for your youngster guests and vendors that are creating your perfect day.
Welcome Packets and Gift Bags
The following prices apply to any gifts given out to your guests at the front desk or delivered to their guestrooms.

$2.00 per room for items that can be slid under the guest room door

$3.00 per room for personalized items that can be slid under the guest room door

$4.00 per room for items in which the door must be opened to place in guest room

$5.00 per room for personalized items in which the door must be opened to place in guest room

Gifts may be arranged to be handed out by our front office team upon guest arrival up to twenty gifts.  Any additional will need to have delivery arranged.
Final Payment
Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 15% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.

Guarantee
A final guarantee is due by 9:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

If a preselected entree choice is offered to your guests, the guarantee count for each entree is due by 9:00am seven days prior to your event.

Security
Hyatt Regency Santa Clara will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
